Report: Inter Milan want Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal

Inter Milan are reportedly interested in a January move for Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal.

Inter Milan are reportedly interested in a January move for Bayern Munich midfielder Arturo Vidal.

The Chile international has had an extremely successful career at Bayern, scoring 17 goals in 98 appearances for the German club and helping them to two Bundesliga titles.

The midfielder has struggled for playing time recently, however, and his substitute appearance against Celtic on Wednesday evening was his first in nearly a month.

Inter had a £44m bid for the 30-year-old turned down in the summer, but according to Tuttosport the Italian club will renew their pursuit when the transfer window opens in the New Year.

A "big" player will reportedly have to leave the Serie A side if they are to bring Chilean to San Siro.
