Rafinha denies Schalke 04 move

Bayern Munich defender Rafinha has quelled suggestions that he could join Schalke 04 at the end of the season.

The right-back has found first-team opportunities limited at Bayern this season, but he has insisted that he has not thought about leaving.

"I have not thought about leaving, not a single second. I have one year left on my contract and that's how long I will be around," he told Abendzeitung.

"At least there will be a new manager (Pep Guardiola) arriving at the club this summer. I really intend to work under him."

Rafinha joined Bayern from Genoa two years ago.
