Heynckes: 'Ribery will be fit for Euro 2012'

Bayern Munich boss Jupp Heynckes has insisted that Franck Ribery will be fit to take part in Euro 2012 this summer.

The 29-year-old Frenchman sustained an ankle injury in Saturday's Champions League final defeat to Chelsea, but it is understood that the injury is not "serious".

"We don't know the exact nature of the injury yet, but I do not think that it is too serious," Heynckes told reporters.

France have been drawn alongside England, Sweden and Ukraine for the group stages of Euro 2012.
