Bayern Munich captain Philipp Lahm has praised the "special characters" in his side following their 7-0 aggregate victory over Barcelona in the Champions League semi-finals.
A comfortable 3-0 win on Wednesday at the Camp Nou saw the Germans ease through to the final later this month at Wembley Stadium, where they will face domestic rivals Borussia Dortmund.
"I've always said that we have special characters in our squad and that we are capable of great things," Lahm told UEFA's official website. "We took nothing for granted and beat Barcelona on their home ground."
Bayern take on Dortmund in the Champions League final at Wembley on May 25.
