Barnsley beat Derby County 3-2 at Oakwell this evening courtesy of three first-half goals for the home side.
Done, Gray and Wiseman put the hosts 3-0 up after half an hour before Ward pulled one back for Derby, and Carroll netted a consolation goal four minutes into stoppage time.
Done's goal came after eleven minutes when he latched on to a Korey Smith pass to slot the ball past goalkeeper Fielding and into the far corner.
Done also had a part in the second goal, being fouled in the penalty area. Andy Gray stepped up and fired the ball past Fielding to double Barnsley's lead.
Scott Wiseman capped off a fantastic opening to the match for Barnsley, lifting the ball over the Derby goalkeeper to put his side 3-0 up.
Derby put up more of a fight in the second half in an effort to get themselves back into the game, and Jamie Ward gave his side a fighting chance after 70 minutes, blasting a free kick in from 25 yards out.
Unfortunately for the Rams, however, they couldn't build on this, Carroll's 94th-minute goal coming too late to seriously worry the home side.
