Jordi Alba agrees new Barcelona contract

Barcelona have announced that Jordi Alba has agreed a contract extension with the club until 2020.

The 26-year-old Spanish international joined the La Liga champions from Valencia in June 2012.

A buy-out clause in the full-back's new deal has been set at €150m (£108m).

Barca expect Alba, who Alba has scored two goals in 43 appearances in all competitions so far this season, to commit his future to the club "in the next few days".
