Sports Mole looks at how Barcelona could line up in Sunday's La Liga clash with Celta Vigo.

Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba have both been left out of the Barcelona squad for Sunday's La Liga clash with relegation-threatened Celta Vigo.

The long-serving duo will leave the Catalan giants this month in search of pastures new, and head coach Xavi has decided to withdraw them from his squad for this game, as they said their goodbyes in the home match with Mallorca last time out.

Alejandro Balde picked up an ankle injury during the 3-0 win over Mallorca last time out, which has ruled the Spain international out for the next seven weeks or so.

As a result, the right-back spot is open, with Sergi Roberto potentially being recalled to the XI.

Ronald Araujo and Pedri have missed Barcelona's last three matches through injury, and the pair are also unavailable for selection in this contest.

Jules Kounde could therefore continue in his favoured centre-back position, while Ansu Fati's brace against Mallorca last time out should see him retain his spot in the side.

Raphinha and Marcos Alonso are among those pushing to make the XI, while Ferran Torres, Eric Garcia and Franck Kessie will hope to be involved at some stage of the contest, as Barcelona bring their title-winning 2022-23 La Liga campaign to a close.

Barcelona possible starting lineup: Ter Stegen; Roberto, Kounde, Christensen, Alonso; F de Jong, Kessie, Gavi; Dembele, Lewandowski, Fati
