Fabregas unhappy with Spanish media

Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas has expressed his anger at the Spanish media, claiming there is a campaign against him.

The former Arsenal captain has been in the news recently after his poor start to the season has seen him lose his first team place.

Tito Vilanova has mainly used Fabregas from the bench, though the Spaniard wants to play a bigger role in the first team.

"I do not know who started this mini-campaign against me because I am fine, yet I will not let people who do not know me distort my image," he said.

"My destiny is to be a fighter and I am only thinking of Barcelona, but I already knew playing here would not be easy."

Fabregas made the return to Camp Nou in 2011, after eight years at Arsenal.
