Barcelona injury, suspension list vs. Osasuna

Barcelona will be looking to make it five straight La Liga victories when they travel to Osasuna on Tuesday night.

The Catalan outfit will enter the match off the back of a 2-0 win over Almeria on Saturday, which moved the team back to the top of the table ahead of Real Madrid.

This match will represent Barcelona's final fixture ahead of the break for the World Cup, and they will be bidding to make it 12 wins from their opening 14 league games of the campaign.

Memphis Depay has been on the sidelines since suffering a hamstring issue during the September international break, and he is again out of the squad for this match.


Ronald Araujo

Status: Out Type of injury: Thigh Possible return date: December 30 (vs. Espanyol)

Ronald Araujo underwent an operation on a thigh problem towards the end of September; the centre-back will again miss out here, but he could be fit to represent Uruguay at the World Cup.


Sergi Roberto

Status: Out Type of injury: Shoulder Possible return date: Unknown

Sergi Roberto dislocated his shoulder in the league clash with Athletic Bilbao last month, and he will not feature for Barcelona until the early stages of 2023.


Jules Kounde

Status: Out Type of injury: Muscle Possible return date: December 30 (vs. Espanyol)

Jules Kounde had to be substituted against Valencia last weekend due to muscular fatigue, and the centre-back has again been left out of the squad for this match.


Franck Kessie

Status: Out Type of injury: Hamstring Possible return date: Unknown

Franck Kessie picked up a hamstring injury during the Champions League clash with Viktoria Plzen last week, which will keep him on the sidelines for his club until next year.
