Report: Barcelona still hopeful of Koke deal

Barcelona are reportedly still confident of signing Koke from Atletico Madrid this summer.

The 22-year-old is currently one of the most sought-after midfielders in European football after helping Atletico win their first La Liga title since 1996 last term.

Manchester United have also been linked with a move, but Atletico have thus far repelled the interest.

However, according to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are hopeful that a deal can be completed and are prepared to offer Cristian Tello as part of the agreement.

Koke is currently with the Spain squad at this summer's World Cup.
