Yannick Ferreira Carrasco close to Atletico Madrid switch?

Monaco winger Yannick Ferreira Carrasco has reportedly agreed to join La Liga club Atletico Madrid.

The 21-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Ligue 1 outfit, after a number of impressive displays last season.

According to AFP, the Belgian has passed a medical and will sign a five-year deal with Diego Simeone's side.

It is believed that he will cost Atletico an initial fee of £10.8m, while Monaco will also receive 25% of any future sale.

Ferreira Carrasco scored six goals in 36 league matches for Monaco last season.
