Oliver Torres has revealed that "a number of things" have contributed to Atletico Madrid's encouraging start to the season.
The capital outfit have won all eight of their league fixtures thus far, while they have also been victorious in their first two Champions League matches.
"The momentum is down to a number of things. Since this coaching team has arrived they have instilled a philosophy of play and I think we have never lost that spirit," Torres told reporters at a press conference.
"The thing now is to continue, for now we are on a good run of form and I hope that we can maintain it for a long time. It is a joy to walk down the street and people shout 'Aupa Atleti!', to see kids smiling.
"At the end of the day, we work to push forward and for everything, so as to make the fans happy. If this sport was not one to bring enjoyment, then it would not be a beautiful game."
Torres, 18, is regarded as one of the best young talents in Spanish football.
