Arda Turan praises Jose Mourinho

Atletico Madrid midfielder Arda Turan believes that Diego Simeone and Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho are the "two best tacticians in the world of football".

The two coaches will clash once more tomorrow evening in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals, with the tie currently level at 0-0 from the first leg last week.

"Simeone is on one side and Mourinho on the other ... [A tactical battle] is to expected. These are perhaps the two best tacticians in the world of football. A tactical battle is normal," he told Andadolu News Agency.

"On or off the field, Mourinho is someone I regard and appreciate highly. As he says himself, he is a special coach. But we, too, have a very special coach. Perhaps he will even surpass Mourinho.

"So, it will be a very good game. Mourinho is a very special technically but Simeone is on his way to becoming the best technical coach in the world."

Mourinho re-joined Chelsea last summer following a spell with Real Madrid.
