Half-Time Report: Atletico Madrid coasting against Austria Vienna

Raul Garcia and Diego Costa fire Atletico Madrid to a 2-0 half time lead against Austria Vienna.

Goals from Raul Garcia and Diego Costa have given Atletico Madrid a 2-0 lead at half time against Austria Vienna in the Champions League.

Garcia opened the scoring after just eight minutes when Filipe Luis teed up the Spaniard who calmly converted his fourth goal of the campaign.

In-form striker Diego Costa then added the second after 20 minutes when he ran at the heart of the Vienna defence before firing in an effort on the edge of the box.

Philipp Hosiner nearly pulled one back for the home side when he met a pass with a side footed effort, but it hit the woodwork with Thibault Courtois beaten in Atleti's goal.
