Aston Villa have confirmed the signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka from West Ham United, with the right-back moving to Villa Park on an initial loan deal.
Wan-Bissaka has made the switch to Villa initially on loan for the 2026-27 campaign, but there is a conditional obligation to buy next summer.
There has been a host of speculation surrounding the defender's future this summer, with a transfer always likely following West Ham's relegation from the Premier League.
Villa have now secured the ex-Manchester United full-back's signature.
The 28-year-old has left West Ham having represented the Hammers on 65 occasions in all competitions, scoring twice and registering eight assists.
Wan-Bissaka is hugely experienced when it comes to Premier League football, meanwhile, having taken to the field on 233 occasions in England's top flight.
Sunderland 'agree' deal for Ahoka
Meanwhile, Sunderland have reportedly come to an agreement with Royal Antwerp over a move for highly-rated central midfielder Jules Ahoka.
A number of clubs are believed to have been interested in the 20-year-old.
However, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Sunderland have come to an agreement with Antwerp over a move for Ahoka.
Romano claims that the midfielder is set to make the move to England on Friday to undergo a medical, ahead of signing a long-term deal at the Stadium of Light.
Ahoka has only featured on four occasions for Royal Antwerp's first team, but he is viewed as a star of the future, with Sunderland beating a number of clubs to a deal.
West Ham re-sign Mukasa on loan from Man City
Elsewhere, West Ham have re-signed Divine Mukasa on loan from Manchester City.
The forward came through the youth system at the Hammers, representing the London club's youth academy between 2013 and 2023 before making the move to Man City.
The 18-year-old has made six appearances for Man City, including two Premier League outings during the 2025-26 campaign, but he spent the second half of last season on loan at Leicester City.
Mukasa netted twice in 16 appearances for the Foxes last term.
West Ham have now agreed to re-sign the forward on loan for the 2026-27 campaign, as the London club look to secure a spot back in the Premier League.
Mukasa has scored three times in 11 appearances for England at Under-19s level.
