Leeds re-sign Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph

Leeds United have captured the signing of former midfielder Fabian Delph from Aston Villa on a loan deal.

The 22-year-old will return to Elland Road until February 25 following his departure from the club in 2009.

The England Under-21s player has failed to make an impact in Alex McLeish's first team, despite being a regular starter before December.

The playmaker could be in contention to play for Leeds in their Championship clash against Ipswich Town tomorrow.
