Monaco's Radamel Falcao denies exit rumours

Monaco forward Radamel Falcao has denied that he could leave the French club before the end of the transfer window.

The 27-year-old joined the Ligue 1 side from Atletico Madrid only this summer, but reports had suggested that the Colombian was unhappy on the south coast.

"It's a totally false article. I'm very happy at Monaco and I believe in the project," he told L'Equipe.

"Everything is false, even the numbers quoted by the press are false. I feel great at the club and I'm going to stay here."

Monaco recorded a 4-1 win over Montpellier on Sunday.
