Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Yves Bissouma would reportedly be open to a move to Arsenal in the summer.
The 24-year-old has been a key player for Graham Potter's side this term with 16 Premier League starts, but he has been unable to prevent Brighton's slump and the threat of relegation is looming.
Arsenal have long been credited with an interest in Bissouma, although Potter affirmed last month that no bids had been received for the Mali international.
However, football.london claims that Arsenal will indeed attempt to strike a deal for Bissouma this year, and the player himself would love to make the switch to the Emirates Stadium.
The report adds that the Gunners have already touched base with Bissouma's agent over a potential deal, but a move in the summer is more likely than a January transfer as Arsenal prioritise the signing of a new creative midfielder before the end of the month.
Bissouma's current deal at the Amex Stadium will run until the end of the 2022-23 campaign.
