Arsenal will offer Newcastle United the chance to sign Costa Rica international Joel Campbell on loan, according to reports.
Newcastle have already bolstered their attacking options with the signing of strikers Emmanuel Riviere from Monaco and Ayoze Perez from Tenerife.
The Magpies remain in the hunt for Lyon hitman Alexandre Lacazette and former loanee Loic Remy, but reports suggest that Campbell could be available to United as an alternative.
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger recently indicated that Campbell would stay at the Emirates for the coming season, though The Chronicle reports that the clubs are now on good terms after Newcastle allowed Mathieu Debuchy to make to move to North London.
Campbell spent last season on loan at Olympiacos in Greece.
