Report: Everton eye Wojciech Szczesny

Everton will reportedly make a move for Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny if veteran stopper Tim Howard leaves the club in the summer.

Everton manager Roberto Martinez has reportedly made Wojciech Szczesny one of his main goalkeeper transfer targets.

It is expected that the Toffees will be in the market for a new custodian at the end of the season, with veteran American stopper Tim Howard tipped to return to the MLS.

Should the 36-year-old depart Goodison Park, Arsenal's Szczesny is high up on Martinez's shortlist, according to The Sun.

The Pole is currently in the middle of a season-long loan stint at Roma, but speculation this evening has claimed that the Serie A outfit have no interest in signing him on a permanent basis.
