Arsenal are reportedly lining up a move for Toulouse midfielder Moussa Sissoko.
The Frenchman has turned down a new contract with his club and Arsene Wenger is ready to bid around £8 million for him, according to The People.
Wenger is looking to add some steel to his central midfield area and sees the 23-year-old as ideal for the role.
Sissoko is a French international.
