Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur to battle for Lazio star?

Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly set to lock horns for the signature of Lazio midfielder Hernanes.

According to the Daily Mail, the Brazilian is unhappy about being substituted in 20 of his 26 starts this season.

Hernanes, who has scored eight goals this season, is said to be valued at around £16m.

The 26-year-old, who has eight caps for Brazil, moved to Lazio from Sao Paulo for £11.2m in 2010.
