Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are both reportedly still interested in a late deal for former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can.
The German, who is out of favour at Juventus, looked destined to sign for Borussia Dortmund heading into deadline day but the player has yet to agree to the deal - despite terms being agreed between both clubs.
According to Sport1, that has prompted the Premier League duo to revive their interest in the 26-year-old, with the Gunners thought to have submitted the more "lucrative" offer, while Paris Saint-Germain and an unnamed Spanish side are also said to have submitted offers.
Dortmund's proposal is for an initial loan deal running for the rest of the season before becoming permanent in the summer for a fee of around £25m.
The transfer window closes in Germany at the earlier time of 5pm.
