Team News: Arsenal make three changes against Stoke City

Kieran Gibbs, Hector Bellerin and Olivier Giroud all come into the side as Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger makes three changes to the side to face Stoke City.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has made three changes for this afternoon's game against Stoke City, with Kieran Gibbs, Hector Bellerin and Olivier Giroud all coming into the side.

The trio replace Laurent Koscielny, Nacho Monreal and Danny Welbeck.

The in-form Alexis Sanchez is likely to start from a wide position, while Calum Chambers moves into central defence.

Jonathan Walters takes a place in the starting XI for Stoke having overcome a knee problem but Marc Wilson and Marko Arnautovic miss out for the Potters through injury.

Peter Crouch, meanwhile, will start in a lone striker role up top.

Stoke City: Begovic; Bardsley, Shawcross, Muniesa, Pieters; Nzonzi, Cameron, Diouf, Bojan, Walters; Crouch

Arsenal: Martinez; Bellerin, Chambers, Mertesacker, Gibbs; Flamini, Ramsey, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Alexis, Cazorla; Giroud
