Arsenal to plan more matches for Jack Wilshere to recover

Wilshere to continue comeback in practice match

Arsenal have decided to plan more practice matches to allow Jack Wilshere to improve his fitness.

The England international has competed twice for the Under-21 team recently but the club's coaching staff are concerned that his progress could be halted by a break in fixtures.

Youth coach Terry Burton told Arsenal Player: "We haven't got an Under-21 fixture until a fortnight today.

"But we'll probably try and rearrange a game of some sort next week to keep them going. Obviously I'll speak to the boss about that, but we'll try and fix them another game."

Wilshere had been absent for 14 months due to operations on problems with his knee and ankle.
