Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has insisted that the club are still favourites for third despite their 0-0 draw with Chelsea on Saturday.
The Gunners missed out on the chance to put real daylight between them and their rivals for Champions League qualification as they were held to a stalemate by Roberto Di Matteo's Blues.
Newcastle United's 3-0 victory over Stoke City saw them move to within three points of the Gunners, while Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are also still in contention for a top-four finish.
However, Wenger is confident that third is still Arsenal's to give away and wants his side to win their last three games to cement their position.
"We are still in the driving seat [for third place] but of course we have to win our next three games," said the Frenchman.
Arsenal travel to Stoke City and West Bromwich Albion and also host Norwich City in their remaining three fixtures.
