Arsene Wenger to "analyse" injury problems within Arsenal squad

Arsene Wenger says that he will "analyse" his Arsenal squad's injury problems as he has a growing list heading into the final stretch of the season.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that he will look into why his squad are riddled with injuries for the final stretch of the season.

The Gunners, who are in contention for the FA Cup and Premier League title, have Mesut Ozil, Aaron Ramsey, Jack Wilshere and Theo Walcott on the current injury list.

"I am concerned that that happens," The Mirror quotes Wenger as saying. "If you look at our overall injury list going into such a final decisive part of the season, we have no Wilshere, Walcott, Ozil, Ramsey.

"We went to Bayern with no Gibbs or Monreal. Of course it is a concern, we are analysing very deeply why it happened to see if there is a link between these injuries.

"Walcott it was completely bad luck. Wilshere I don't think it is linked with the other injuries, it is linked more with his history and the kick he got - the rest maybe we have to find out why it happened. We will analyse everything."

Arsenal will travel to White Hart Lane on Sunday to take on Tottenham Hotspur in the North London derby.
