Arsene Wenger urges Arsenal to keep Luis Suarez, Daniel Sturridge "quiet"

Arsene Wenger insists that Arsenal need to keep Liverpool's prolific strikeforce Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge "quiet" at Anfield on Saturday.

Arsene Wenger has insisted that his Arsenal team need to "dominate" this Saturday's Premier League clash against Liverpool in order to stifle strikers Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge.

The Gunners travel to Anfield with a place at the top of the table, while the Reds reside eight points below them in fourth place.

Despite securing a 2-0 victory over the Merseyside outfit at the Emirates in November, Wenger is wary of Suarez and Sturridge, who have both reached double figures in their respective goal tallies.

"We need to dominate the game in order to keep Suarez and Sturridge quiet," Arsenal's Twitter page quotes Wenger as saying. "We must control possession. Saturday is a good moment for us to win a big game because we have a big month ahead.

"We had some good wins at Anfield. I have a lot of respect for the fans there, they know their football. Liverpool are in a better position than when we last played them. They have momentum."

The Frenchman has revealed that midfielder Jack Wilshere "might" return from an ankle injury against Liverpool in two days' time.
