Harry Redknapp has suggested that Theo Walcott must start to live up to his potential and deliver for Arsenal.
The winger netted two goals for England in the Euro 2016 qualifying win over San Marino on Saturday after coming off the bench for the final 30 minutes.
Redknapp, who handed Walcott his professional debut as a 16-year-old at Southampton, has said that he needs to produce consistently.
"Theo needs to have a season of playing," Redknapp told talkSPORT.
"He doesn't get in the Arsenal team regularly. He really needs to have a big season and show us what he is capable of doing.
"He is a great talent, he is a a great athlete, he has got fantastic pace, but he needs to play 20, 30 games on the spin now and have a real run at it."
Walcott has made four appearances so far for Arsenal this season.
