Team News: Yaya Sanogo starts for Arsenal

Youngster Yaya Sanogo replaces Olivier Giroud as Arsenal's lone centre-forward against Everton in the FA Cup.

Yaya Sanogo will lead the Arsenal attack for this afternoon's FA Cup quarter-final at home to Everton.

The youngster has replaced leading goalscorer Olivier Giroud, while Lukasz Fabianski has been preferred between the posts by Arsene Wenger to his fellow Pole Wojciech Szczesny.

Elsewhere, Mesut Ozil has been recalled to the starting lineup, as has centre-back Thomas Vermaelen.

As expected, Everton are without defender Phil Jagielka, which in turn has provided an opportunity to John Stones alongside Sylvain Distin. Also, Romelu Lukaku will start up front for the first time since his return from injury.

Arsenal: Fabianski; Sagna, Metesacker, Vermaelen, Gibbs; Arteta, Flamini; Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ozil, Cazorla; Sanogo

Everton: Joel; Coleman, Stones, Distin, Baines; McCarthy, Barry; Mirallas, Barkley, Pienaar; Lukaku
