Neal Ardley picks up League Two Manager of the Month award

AFC Wimbledon boss Neal Ardley has picked up December's Manager of the Month award in League Two.

The 42-year-old guided his side to three wins from four matches, pushing them into the top half of the standings.

Their most impressive victory came at the end of the month as they thrashed promotion hopefuls Exeter City 4-1 at Kingsmeadow.

Despite suffering a 0-1 defeat to Mansfield Town before Christmas, the Dons scored a total of nine goals in four games.

AFC Wimbledon continue their League Two campaign on Saturday with a trip to Stevenage.
