Report: AC Milan consider leaving San Siro

AC Milan have reportedly decided to seek a move away from the San Siro.

According to SportMediaset and Il Giorno, the Rossoneri are looking to build a new stadium that they would move into by 2017.

The stadium will be constructed six kilometres from their current ground, where the Fiera Milan exhibition is based.

It is hoped that work can begin next year and will be completed in time for the 2016-17 season.

Milan currently share the San Siro with Inter Milan and have played there since 1926.
