Aberdeen 'to secure loan deal for West Bromwich Albion's Donervon Daniels'

Aberdeen are reportedly close to sealing the signature of West Bromwich Albion defender Donervon Daniels on a loan deal for the remainder of the season.

The 21-year-old has been targeted by manager Derek McInnes due to the injuries hampering Ash Taylor and Russell Anderson.

According to The Express, Daniels, who is a product of the Baggies' academy, could complete the move to Scotland at some point today.

Daniels has had loan spells at Tranmere Rovers, Gillingham and Blackpool.
