Stuart Broad blasts former players for criticism of England defeat

Broad hits back at criticism

England bowler Stuart Broad has hit back at criticism targeted at him and his teammates following their first-Test defeat to India in Ahmedabad.

The visitors were hit with a 1-0 deficit in the series today following a tough five-day Test, which sparked criticism from pundits and former players claiming that England got their tactics wrong.

Broad tweeted: "Before u listen to too many ex playing 'experts' being negative, ask them if they ever won a Test series in India....#28years."

England begin the second Test against India on Friday in Mumbai.
