Anderson urges for ODIs to stay

England bowler James Anderson believes that one-day internationals should not be scrapped following Graeme Swann's dismissal of the cricket format.

Swann revealed last week that the 50-over one-day competitions were "not enjoyable" as opposed to Twenty20 and Test cricket.

"I made my international debut in a one-day game and I really enjoy playing in them," Anderson told Sky Sports News.

"I guess the amount of them we play in a year is something that possibly could get looked at, but I really enjoy playing in all forms of cricket and hopefully I will continue to do so for a few years."

Meanwhile, England captain Andrew Strauss is concerned that spectators may be losing interest in Test cricket.
