Graeme Swann admits that he would like to see and end to 50-over one-day international cricket.

England spinner Graeme Swann has said that he would like to see an end to 50-over one-day international cricket.

While the future of Test cricket has recently been up for debate, Swann believes that the longer form of the game and Twenty20 would be enough to keep everyone happy.

"I think one-day cricket will have to give at some point, hopefully for everyone," he told BBC Sport. "I don't think that game should carry on for much longer. For me it's not as enjoyable to play in. I think Test cricket and Twenty20 are the way forward for cricket."

England lost all four of their 50-over one-day matches in India last month.
