Scott Fitzgerald looking to Olympics

Team England boxing Scott Fitzgerald has set his sights on Olympic glory after winning gold at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

Fitzgerald overcame India's Madeep Jangra on Saturday evening to claim the top prize in the welterweight division, and is now switching his attention to the future.

"I'll push on here for the Olympics hopefully," he told reporters.

"Ideally they'll take me on and start preparing me for the Games and in two years I'm sure I'll be a much better fighter and hopefully go and get a gold there as well."
