The Washington Wizards have signed Drew Gooden to a 10-day contract.
The Eastern Conference side are short up front after losing Nene to a knee injury for the next six weeks.
The 32-year-old is expected to make his debut with the team in their game against the Toronto Raptors tomorrow.
Gooden has featured for nine NBA teams over 11 seasons.
