Bradley Beal impressed with Washington Wizards

Bradley Beal believes that the Washington Wizards can take positives from the defeat to the Miami Heat on Sunday.

Bradley Beal has admitted that he was impressed with how the Washington Wizards battled in their defeat to the Miami Heat on Sunday night.

The Wizards have now lost their opening three games of the new season but Beal believes that there was positives to take from the game against last season's NBA champions.

"I thought we battled well," the 20-year-old guard told reporters. "We still had a few breakdowns on defence and didn't make a lot of shots on offense.

"But we did a great job moving the ball. We just have to knock down shots and limit our turnovers as much as possible."

Washington will continue the search for their first victory when they face the unbeaten Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night.
