Late Portland Trail Blazers charge seals win

Wilson Chandler and Timofey Mozgov briefly edged the visitors back in front, but Aldridge's late run ensured that the Blazers held on for the win.

The result leaves Denver on a three-game losing streak, while the Blazers end a run of two losses.
