Damian Lillard: 'LaMarcus Aldridge carried us'

Damian Lillard has said that LaMarcus Aldridge carried the Portland Trail Blazers to their second win over the Houston Rockets in the NBA playoffs.

The power forward, who had 46 in their opening game against the Rockets, led the team with 43 during the 112-105 victory to leave the Blazers 2-0 up in their first-round playoff series.

The guard told reporters: "What can they do to stop him? He was great once again, just like game one. When a lot of guys couldn't get going and couldn't hit shots, he just carried us. He played like an MVP again."

Portland host their first game of the series when the teams meet against tomorrow.
