The Los Angeles Lakers have waived Shawne Williams after four months with the team.
The forward joined the Pacific Division side as a free agent ahead of the start of the 2013-14 NBA season.
He has featured in 32 games for the Lakers this season, averaging 5.2 points per game.
The 27-year-old has previously had spells with the Indiana Pacers, Dallas Mavericks and New York Knicks.
