Report: Indiana Pacers star Paul George to miss entire 2014-15 season

Indiana Pacers forward Paul George could reportedly miss the entirety of the next NBA season after breaking his leg while playing for Team USA.

Indiana Pacers forward Paul George could be out for the whole of the 2014-15 NBA season after sustaining a horrific leg injury, according to a report.

The 24-year-old suffered a compound fracture of the tibia and fibula while playing for Team USA in an intrasquad scrimmage at UNLV.

George has had surgery on his leg and a pin inserted to stabilise the injury, but due to the severity of the damage he could miss the entirety of the 2014-15 season, reports ESPN.

The forward averaged 21.7 points per game in the 2013-14 season for the Pacers.
