Paul George praises "assertive" David West

Paul George has praised David West's "assertive" performance during the Indiana Pacers' 93-80 win over the Washington Wizards.

The power forward led the team with 29 points as the Pacers clinched a 4-2 series win to set up a conference final against the Miami Heat.

George told reporters: "When David West has that look, when he's assertive and he demands the ball, I know we're in good hands.

"He's never failed us when he's given us that look and he's told us in the huddles, 'Get me the ball'."

The Pacers were knocked out by the Heat in the conference finals last season.
