Report: Jason Terry opts for Houston Rockets return this season

Jason Terry has reportedly vowed to return to the Houston Rockets this season on a one-year deal.

The 37-year-old guard moved to the Texas team last summer from the Sacramento Kings, and averaged seven points a game in 77 appearances.

His contract ran out at the end of the campaign, but ESPN claims that Terry has opted to accept a new deal rather than move to the New Orleans Pelicans.

Terry has won one NBA title in his career, with the Dallas Mavericks in 2011.
