Stephen Curry: 'We don't care who we play, we're here to take care of business'

US point guard Stephen Curry moves to refute claims that his side are disappointed at not getting the chance to face eliminated hosts Spain at the World Cup of Basketball.

Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry has refuted the idea that the US national team is disappointed at not getting the chance to face World Cup hosts Spain in the tournament.

The USA are waiting to find out whether they will face France or Serbia in the final, with the Spanish hosts being knocked out in the quarter-finals by an aggressive French display.

"I don't think we're disappointed, or wished we played a certain team," said Curry, according to The AP.

"We're happy to take care of our business, which was what to set out to do, which was make it to the finals, and whoever matches up against us on Sunday, we'll be ready for."

The final game of the tournament is to be held on Sunday at the Palacio de Deportes de la Comunidad de Madrid.
