Aaron Brooks has said that the Denver Nuggets "fell asleep" during their defeat to the San Antonio Spurs.
The Western Conference leaders clinched their 15th win in a row by beating the Nuggets 108-103.
The point guard told reporters: "We fell asleep. They got a lot of back doors in the first half. We fell asleep on a lot of plays and allowed them to run their offense, and I think in the second half we pressured a little bit more."
Brooks finished the game with 25 points.
