Bulls cruise to win over Nets

The Chicago Bulls have won their final game before the All-Star break, beating the Brooklyn Nets 92-76 at the United Center.

The home side opened up a 10-point lead by the end of the first quarter, before dominating the final six minutes to seal the comfortable victory.

Carlos Boozer, who was returning from injury, combined with Taj Gibson for 31 points as the Bulls clinched their fourth win in their last five games.

Brooklyn tried to get back into the game late on, with Andrei Kirilenko bringing them within three points of the Bulls' score, but Chicago had a final flourish to end their comeback.

The result leaves the Nets sitting seventh in the Eastern Conference, while Chicago are fourth.
