Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick gave a cheeky response to a Liverpool fan mocking the player following his side's clash against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
The Red Devils remain in contention for a semi-final spot after seeing out a 1-1 draw at Old Trafford on Tuesday night.
Following the result, Carrick wrote on Twitter: "Another special night at OT. Support was great boys played well now it's all on next week. Gotta try n get to sleep first tho. #WideAwake."
One user, who supports United's arch rivals Liverpool, decided to launch a dig at Carrick's playing style, but the 32-year-old was quick to respond.
