Team News: Ignacio Scocco to make Sunderland debut

Ignacio Scocco is named in Sunderland's starting lineup for the FA Cup fifth-round clash with Southampton today.

Ignacio Scocco is poised to make his Sunderland debut after being named in the starting lineup for the fifth-round FA Cup clash with Southampton.

The Argentina international, who arrived at the Stadium of Light late in the January transfer window, starts in attack for the Black Cats today alongside Fabio Borini.

Elsewhere, Seb Larsson and Lee Cattermole both make their 100th start for the North East outfit, with Emanuele Giaccherini also in the first XI for the first time since January.

Meanwhile, Saints boss Mauricio Pochettino makes six changes to his lineup from Tuesday's 1-0 win over Hull City, with Guly do Prado replacing Jay Rodriguez, while Victor Wanyama and James Ward-Prowse also come into the fold.

Sunderland: Ustari; Celustka, Dossena, O'Shea, Vergini; Cattermole, Larsson, Giaccherini, Gardner; Scocco, Borini

Southampton: Davies; Clyne, Yoshida, Hooiveld, Shaw; Wanyama, Davis, Lallana, Ward-Prowse; do Prado, Lambert
